Featuring a quilted-maple top on a mahogany body, with a maple bolt-on neck and 35" scale, this 5-string bass gives you the low-end power and playability you need. The Stiletto Extreme comes equipped with Schecter's own Diamond Bass pickups, black chrome on-body controls for master volume, blending, and active two-band equalization, house-made tuners, and 9V-powered active internals. With professional-grade components and a solid build, you'll get bell-clear tones right out of the box, not to mention the ability to tune and tweak your sound without having to walk over to the amplifier. Body & Neck Construction The guitar body is solid mahogany with flat-top contouring, finished in a beautiful translucent black cherry. The neck, made from stiff maple, is light but solid; because it's shaped into a thin-C design, you'll be able to grab every note without contorting your arm, even with a five-string neck width. Hardware & Accessories Equipped with Schecter's powerful Diamond Bass pickups and a whole host of on-body controls, you sure won't suffer for a lack of pro-level components here. The 9V-powered active body further improves control over volume and tonality.
